CHAP. 287.— An Act To authorize the county of Huron, State of Michigan, to convey a certain described tract of land to the State of Michigan for public park purposes. March 4, 1923.[[H. R. 14296](/us/bill/67/hr/14296).][[Public, No. 538](/us/67/pl/538).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county Huron County,Mich.May convey tract of land to State for public park.Vol. 41, p. 552.of Huron in the State of Michigan is hereby authorized to convey to the State of Michigan all its title to and interest in the following tract of land, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, section 17, and the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 20, township 18 north, range 11 east, in Michigan: *Provided*, That if the State of *Proviso*.Reversion to United States if not so used.Michigan after such conveyance shall fail to use the land for public park purposes or shall devote the same to other uses, the title thereto shall revert to the United States. Sec. 2. That the chairman of the board of supervisors and countyAuthority to make conveyence. clerk of the county of Huron, State of Michigan, when directed by the board of supervisors of said county, are authorized to execute such conveyance.
