CHAP. 271.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the county court of Lafayette County, in the State of Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Missouri River. July 1, 1922. [[H. R. 12120](/us/bill/67/hr/12120).] [[Public, No. 276](/us/pl/67/276).] *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River. Lafayette County may bridge, Waverly, Mo. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county court of Lafayette County, in the State of Missouri, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the town of Waverly, in the county of Lafayette and State of Missouri, in accordance with the provisions of the Construction.
