CHAP. 264.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge across White River in the State of Arkansas. July 1, 1922.[[H. R. 11244](/us/bill/67/hr/11244).][[Public, No. 269](/us/pl/67/269).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the County of Independence,White River. Independence County may bridge, Batesville, Ark. State of Arkansas, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across White River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or in the immediate vicinity of Batesville, Arkansas, in accordance with theConstruction.
