CHAP. 26.— An Act To revive and reenact the Act entitled “An Act to authorize the commissioners of Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, and their successors in office to construct a bridge across the West Branch of the Susquehanna River from the foot of Arch Street, in the city of Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, to the borough of Duboistown, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania,” approved August 11, 1916. January 15, 1923.[[H. R. 12170](/us/bill/67/hr/12170).][[Public, No. 582](/us/pl/67/582).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Act approved West Branch of Susquehanna River.Lycoming County, Pa., may bridge, Williamsport to Duboistown.Vol. 39, p. 512, reenacted.August 11, 1916, authorizing the commissioners of Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, and their successors in office, to construct a bridge across the West Branch of the Susquehanna River from the foot of Arch Street, in the city of Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, to the borough of Duboistown, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, be, and the same is hereby, revived and reenacted: 1132*Proviso.*Commencement, etc. *Provided*, That this Act shall be null and void unless the actual construction of the bridge hereby authorized be commenced within one year and completed within three years from the date of approval hereof.
