CHAP. 257.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the counties of Bowie and Cass, State of Texas, for construction of a bridge across Sulphur River, at or near Paces Ferry, in said counties and State. March 4, 1923.[[S. 4614](/us/bill/67/s/4614).][[Public, No. 507](/us/67/pl/507).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sulphur River.Bowie and Cass counties, Tex., may bridge, Paces Ferry. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the counties of Bowie and Cass, State of Texas, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Sulphur River at a point suitable to Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.the interests of navigation, at or near Paces Ferry, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 4, 1923.
