CHAP. 252.— An Act For the relief of John M. Green. June 29, 1922. [[S. 777](/us/bill/67/s/777).] [[Private, No. 82](/us/pvtl/67/82).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationJohn M. Green. Military record corrected. of the pension laws John M. Green shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company G, Eighty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, on the 8th day of September, 1865: *Provided,* That no pension, bounty, or other allowance shall be held*Proviso.* No back pension, etc. to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
