R. 5700](/us/bill/67/hr/5700).][[Public, No. 124](/us/67/pl/124).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretarySan Francisco, Calif.Sale of old Sub-treasury property in, authorized. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to sell to the highest bidder, at public or private sale, the old Sub-treasury property, located on the north side of Commercial Street about sixty feet west of Montgomery Street, and known as 608 Commercial Street, San Francisco, California, in such manner and upon such terms as he may deem to be to the best interests of the United States; to convey such property to the purchaser thereof by the usual quitclaim deed, and to deposit the proceeds of such saleDeposits of proceeds. in the Treasury of the United States as a miscellaneous receipt.
