CHAP. 246.— An Act To provide for the reclamation of the United States Military Reservation, Fort De Russy, Honolulu, Hawaii. March 4, 1923.[[S. 3424](/us/bill/67/s/3424).][[Public, No. 497](/us/67/pl/497).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That such portionFort De Russy, Honolulu.Amount authorized for reclaiming marshy lands of reservation. of the United States Military Reservation, Fort De Russy, Honolulu, Hawaii, as is low, marshy, or insanitary shall be filled in and raised to the grade of other marshlands now in process of reclamation by the Territory of Hawaii in the immediate vicinity of said reservation, and for this purpose there is hereby authorized to be expended under the direction or supervision of the Secretary of War a sum not to exceed $100,000.
