[[S. 156](/us/bill/67/s/156).] [[Private, No. 78](/us/pvtl/67/78).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Julio Carrazco. Payment to dependents of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay $2,000 to the dependents of Julio Carrazco, a citizen of Mexico, who was killed by United States troops near Los Adobes, in the district of El Indio, Texas, on January 18, 1918, which said sum of $2,000 is hereby Appropriation.appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
