CHAP. 240.— An Act For the relief of Americus Enfield. March 3, 1923.[[H. R. 10179](/us/bill/67/hr/10179).[[Private, No. 237](/us/pvtl/67/237).] *Re it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Postmaster Americus Enfield.Credit in accounts for stolen postal funds.General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of Americus Enfield, postmaster at Bedford, Pennsylvania, in the sum of $41,148.94, due to the United States on account of war saving stamps and postage stamps which were lost as the result of burglary of said post office on November 7, 1918.
