That Fort Worth, in the State of Texas, be, and the same is hereby, constituted a port of entry in the customs collection district of San Antonio, Texas, and that the privileges of section 7 of an Act entitled “An Act to amend the statutes in relation to immediate transportation of dutiable goods, and for other purposes,” approved June 10, 1880, as amended, governing the immediate transportation of dutiable merchandise without appraisement, be, and the same are hereby, extended to the said port of Fort Worth, in the State of Texas.
