R. 8448](/us/bill/67/hr/8448).][[Private, No. 236](/us/pvtl/67/236.).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryJoseph Zitek.Payment to, for damages. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay to Joseph Zitek, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $75 as compensation for damage done to the wheat field of said Joseph Zitek, near Ulysses, Nebraska, May 29, 1921, by airplanes of the United States Air Mail Service.
