CHAP. 234.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the county courts of Howard and Saline Counties, in the State of Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Missouri River. June 21, 1922.[[H. R. 11827](/us/bill/67/hr/11827).][[Public, No. 250](/us/pl/67/250).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River.Howard and Saline Counties, Mo., may bridge, Glasgow. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county courts of Howard and Saline Counties, in the State of Missouri, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the city of Glasgow, in theConstruction.Vol. 34. p. 84. county of Howard, and State of Missouri, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 21, 1922.
