CHAP. 230.— An Act To authorize the Lee County bridge district numbered 2, in the State of Arkansas, to construct a bridge over the Saint Francis River. March 3, 1923.[[S. 4579](/us/bill/67/s/4579).][[Public, No. 491](/us/67/pl/491).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Saint Francis River.Lee County may bridge, Cody, Ark. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Lee County bridge district numbered 2, State of Arkansas, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Saint Francis River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Cody, in Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.the county of Lee, in the State of Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1923.
