CHAP. 224.— An Act Granting consent of Congress to the Charlie Bridge Company for construction of a bridge across Red River between Clay County, Texas, and Cotton County, Oklahoma. March 3, 1923.[[S. 4235](/us/bill/67/s/4235).][[Public, No. 485](/us/pl/67/485).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentRed River.Charlie Bridge Company may bridge, between Texas and Oklahoma. of Congress is hereby granted to the Charlie Bridge Company to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Red River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation between Clay County, Texas, and Cotton County, Oklahoma, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulateConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. the construction or bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1923.
