March 3, 1923.[[S. 4211](/us/bill/67/s/4211).][[Public, No. 484](/us/pl/67/484).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryIntracoastal waterway.Survey directed of, from New Orleans, La., to Corpus Christi, Tex. of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause an examination and survey to be made of the Intracoastal Waterway from the Mississippi River at or near New Orleans, Louisiana, to Corpus Christi, Texas.
