CHAP. 214.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the city of Ottawa and the county of La Salle, in the State of Illinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Fox River. June 10, 1922.[[H. R. 11409](/us/bill/67/hr/11409).][[Public, No. 237](/us/pl/67/237).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent of CongressFox River.Ottawa, III,etc.,may bridge. is hereby granted to the city of Ottawa and the county of La Salle,634 in the State of Illinois, their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Fox River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Main Street, in the said city of Ottawa, in accordance with the provisionsConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 10, 1922.
