CHAP. 213.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the county of Winnebago and the town of Rockton, in said county, in the State of Illinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Rock River, in said town of Rockton. June 10, 1922.[[H. R. 11408](/us/bill/67/hr/11408).][[Public, No. 236](/us/pl/67/236).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and, Bo use of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent of CongressRock River.Winnebago County and Rockton, Ill., may bridge. is hereby granted to the county of Winnebago and the town of Rockton, in said county, in the State of Illinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Rock River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in said town of Rockton, county of Winnebago and State of Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the constructionConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 10, 1922.
