CHAP. 211.— An Act For the relief of John F. Homen. March 2, 1923.[[H. R. 7322](/us/bill/67/hr/7322).][[Private, No. 229](/us/pvtl/67/229).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary John F. Homen.Payment to, for personal injuries.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, to John F. Homen, of San Antonio, Texas, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,000, in full settlement of his claim against the Government of the United States for the serious injury caused by being struck by a Government truck operated by a soldier of the United States Army on July 4, 1919, in San Antonio, Texas.
