CHAP. 21.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge across the Snake River at or near Central Ferry, Washington. December 28, 1921.[[H. R. 9464](/us/bill/67/hr/9464).][[Public, No. 120](/us/67/pl/120).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Snake Elver.Washington may bridge, Central Ferry. That the State of Washington be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Snake River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Central Ferry, in section nine, township thirteen north, range forty east of the Willamette meridian, between Colfax, in Whitman County, Washington, and Dayton, in Columbia County, Washington, in Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, December 28, 1921.
