CHAP. 208.— An Act Granting permission to Captain Norman Randolph, United States Army, to accept the decoration of the Spanish Order of Military Merit of Alfonson XIII. March 2, 1923.[[H. R. 14317](/us/bill/67/hr/14317).][[Private, No. 226](/us/pvtl/67/226).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Captain Norman Randolph, Army.May accept decoration from Spain. That Captain Norman Randolph, United States Army, be authorized to accent the decoration of the Spanish Order of Military Merit of Alfonso XIII, tendered by his Excellency the Count of Vinaza, the ambassador of Spain at the Peruvian Centennial, and that the Department of State be permitted to deliver the decoration to Captain Norman Randolph, United States Army.
