CHAP. 204.— An Act For the relief of Ellen McNamara. March 2, 1923.[[H. R. 8921](/us/bill/67/hr/8921).][[Private, No. 222](/us/pvtl/67/222).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Ellen McNamara.Payment of six months' gratuity to, for death of son.of the Navy is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be paid, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Ellen McNamara, mother of Frank X.
McNamara, ordinary seaman, United States ships Buffalo and Cleveland, United States Navy, an amount equal to six months’ pay at the rate received by him at the date of his death. Approved, March 2, 1923.
