CHAP. 200.— An Act For the relief of Grey Skipwith. March 2, 1923.[[H. R. 6538](/us/bill/67/hr/6538).][[Private, No. 218](/us/pvtl/67/218).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Lieutenant Only Skipwith.Naval record corrected.Commander Grey Skipwith, Supply Corps, United States Navy, who was eligible for promotion to the grade of pay inspector with rank of commander prior to the 1st day of July, 1918, and who was subsequently found physically not qualified for promotion and then retired in the rank of lieutenant commander, shall be deemed to have been retired in the rank he would have attained if the Act of the 1st of July, 1918, extending promotion by selection to Vol. 40, p. 718.the staff corps of the Navy had not been enacted.
