CHAP. 20.— An Act To authorize the boards of county commissioners of Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, Florida, to construct a bridge across the Escambia River at or near Century, Florida. December 28, 1921.[[S. 2790](/us/bill/67/s/2790).][[Public, No. 119](/us/67/pl/119).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the boards of countyEscambia River.Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, Fla., may bridge, at Century. commissioners of Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, Florida, their successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across354the Escambia River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, between said counties, and at or near Century, Florida, in Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, December 28, 1921.
