CHAP. 2.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Navy, in his discretion, to deliver to the custody of the Brooklyn Museum the silver service which was presented to the cruiser Brooklyn by citizens of Brooklyn, New York. December 14, 1922.[[S. 3990](/us/bill/67/s/3990).][[Public, No. 368](/us/67/pl/368).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Navy“Brooklyn,” U. S. cruiser.Silver service of, to be delivered to Brooklyn Museum.is authorized, in his discretion, to deliver to the custody of the Brooklyn Museum, of Brooklyn, New York, for preservation and exhibition in such museum, the silver service which was presented to the cruiser Brooklyn by citizens of Brooklyn, New York: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No expense.
That no expense shall oe incurred by the United States for the delivery of such silver service. Approved, December 14, 1922.
