R. 12859](/us/bill/67/hr/12859).][[Public, No. 365](/us/67/pl/365).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the appropriations forAppropriations for Congressional mileage and stationery, 1923.Made available for 3d session 67th Congress. mileage and stationery for Senators, Members of the House of Representatives, and Delegates from the Territories, and expenses of Resident Commissioners, contained in the Act making appropriations for the legislative branch of the Government for the fiscal year 1923,*Ante*, pp. 422, 424. 425, 429. are authorized to be paid to Senators, Members of the House of Representatives, Delegates from the Territories, and Resident Commissioners for attendance on the third session of the Sixty-seventh Congress. senate.Senate.

The following sums are appropriated, out of any money in thePages and session telephone operators. Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for session employees on ac-count or the third session of the Sixty-seventh Congress: For forty-two pages at $2.50 per day each from November 20 to December 3, 1922, inclusive, $1,470; for three session telephone operators at the rate of $75 per month each from November 20 to November 30, 1922, inclusive, $82.50; in all, $1,552.50.
