CHAP. 199.— An Act Authorizing the accounting officers of the Treasury to pay to A. E. Ackerman the pay and allowances of his rank for services performed prior to the approval of his bond by the Secretary of the Navy. March 2, 1923.[[H. Ackerman.Pay allowed for services in Naval Reserve Force.accounting officers of the Treasury are hereby authorized and directed to pay to A.
E. Ackerman, late lieutenant (junior grade), Supply Corps, United States Naval Reserve Force, the pay and allowances of his rank for the period he performed active duty in the third naval district prior to the approval of his bond by the Secretary of the Navy. Approved, March 2, 1923.
