CHAP. 195.— An Act For the relief of the trustee of the estate of Hillsboro Dredging Company, a corporation, bankrupt. March 2, 1923.[[S. 3171](/us/bill/67/s/3171).][[Private, No. 213](/us/pvtl/67/21).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hillsboro Dredging Company.Payment to trustee of. That there be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $4,593.74, for the relief of the trustee of the estate of Hillsboro Dredging Company, a corporation, bankrupt, for extra dredging and blasting in the improvement of the channel from Clearwater Harbor through Boca Ceiga Bay to Tampa Bay, Florida, the same having accrued to the benefit of and having been made necessary by acts of the Government.
