CHAP. 180.— An Act To authorize the county of Hennepin, in the State of Minnesota, to construct a bridge and approaches thereto across the Minnesota River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation. March 2, 1923.[[S. 4589](/us/bill/67/s/4589).][[Public, No. 467](/us/bill/67/pl/467).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentMinnesota River.Hennepin County, Minn., may bridge, at Fort Snelling. of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Hennepin, in the State of Minnesota, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Minnesota River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation between the Fort Snelling military reservation and Dakota County, in the State of Minnesota, inConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1923.
