CHAP. 180.— An Act Authorizing the counties of Jasper, South Carolina, and Chatham, Georgia, to construct a bridge across the Savannah River at or near Savannah, Georgia. May 6, 1922.[[H. R. 10407](/us/bill/67/hr/10407).][[Public, No. 212](/us/pl/67/212).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the counties of Jasper, Savannah River.Jasper County, B. C., and Chatham County, Ga., may bridge, Savannah, Ga.South Carolina, and Chatham, Georgia, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Savannah River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Savannah, Georgia, in accordance with the Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, May 6, 1922.
