CHAP. 175.— An Act To advance Major Ralph S. Keyser on the lineal list of officers of the United States Marine Corps so that he will take rank next after Major John R. Henley. March 2, 1923.[[H. R. 11340](/us/bill/67/hr/11340).][[Public, No. 462](/us/67/pl/462).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryMarine Corps.Ralph S. Keyser advanced on list of majors. of the Navy be, and he hereby is, authorized to advance Major Ralph S.
Keyser on the lineal list of officers of the United States Marine Corps, so that he will take rank next after Major John R. Henley: *Provided*, That no back pay, bounty, or emoluments shall be allowed*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. by reason of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1923.
