R. 5588](/us/bill/67/hr/5588).][[Public, No. 206](/us/pl/67/206).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That section 5 of an Act Lassen Volcanic National Park, Calif.Limit on appropriations repealed.Vol. 39, p. 444.entitled “An Act to establish the Lassen Volcanic National Park in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, in the State of California, and for other purposes,” approved August 9, 1916 (Thirty-ninth Statutes at Large, page 442), be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
