CHAP. 170.— An Act For the relief of E. J. Reynolds. March 1, 1923.[[S. 4345](/us/bill/67/s/4345).][[Private, No. 209](/us/pvtl/67/209).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary E. J. Reynolds.Reimbursement to.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated to Reynolds the sum of $471.60 for reimbursement for money collected as duty on a carload of print paper received at the port of Ashtabula, Ohio, May 26, 1920.
