That the authority granted by the Act entitled “An Act making appropriations for the Department of Agriculture for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1922, approved March 3, 1921, to the President to extend invitations to foreign Governments to be represented by delegates in a World’s Dairy Congress to be held in the United States in 1922 is hereby modified so as to authorize the extending of such invitations for such congress to be held in 1923.
