CHAP. 169.— An Act To authorize the Chicago, Detroit and Canada Grand Trunk Junction Railroad Company, or its successors or assigns, to lease certain of its properties in the State of Michigan. April 28, 1922. [[S. 3268](/us/bill/67/s/3268).] [[Private, No. 63](/us/pvtl/67/63).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Chicago, DetroitChicago, Detroit and Canada Grand Trunk Junction Railroad Company.
May lease certain of its properties in Michigan. Vol. 11, p. 381. and Canada Grand Trunk Junction Railroad Company, or its successors or assigns, is hereby authorized and empowered to lease lot numbered one, or any portion thereof, and any buildings thereon, as described in the patent dated March 8, 1859, issued to such railroad company under the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act granting the right of way over and depot grounds on the military reserve at Fort Gratiot, in the State of Michigan, for railroad purposes,” approved February 8, 1859, as amended: *Provided*, That any such*Proviso*.
Condition. lease shall be made subject to the condition in said Act that the grant to said railroad company shall cease and determine in the event that such railroad shall be discontinued. Approved, April 28, 1922.
