CHAP. 168.— An Act To authorize patent to the Ed E. Richardson Company (Incorporated) of certain lands. April 28, 1922. [[S. 2147](/us/bill/67/s/2147).] [[Private, No. 62](/us/pvtl/67/62).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ed E. Richardson Company. Land patent to. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to patent to the Ed E. Richardson Company (Incorporated) lot two, section twenty-six, and lots two and five, section twenty-seven, township eighteen north, range ten east, Louisiana meridian, embracing one hundred and four and eighty-one one-hundredths acres, upon payment to the Government of $1.25 per acre, lands which they and their grantors have occupied under claim and color of title and open and notorious possession for *Proviso*.
Condition.fifty years: *Provided,* That proper application for the purchase of these lands be filed hereunder in the district land office within six months from the passage of this Act, and that no adverse claim thereto be officially of record as pending when the application is allowed and the sale is made.
