CHAP. 165.— An Act For the relief of G. Dare Hopkins. February 28, 1923.[[S. 335](/us/bill/67/s/335).][[Private, No. 204](/us/pvtl/67/204).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, G. Dare Hopkins.Payment to, for Injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated by law, to G. Dare Hopkins the sum of $2,500 in full settlement against the Government for injuries received when his automobile collided with an Army truck near North East, Maryland, April 17, 1921. Approved, February 28, 1923.
