CHAP. 164.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Navy, in his discretion, to deliver to the president of the Milwaukee Press Club, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the bell of the wrecked cruiser Milwaukee. Bell of wrecked a Milwaukee” to be delivered to.
Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to deliver to the president of the Milwaukee Press Club, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for the use of the said press club, the bell of the wrecked cruiser Milwaukee, said bell now being in storage at the Mare Island Navy*Proviso.* No expense. Yard: *Provided,* That no expense shall be incurred by the United States through the delivery of said bell. Approved, April 28, 1922.
