CHAP. 162.— An Act To empower the Commissioners of the District of Columbia to convey certain land. April 28, 1922. [[S. 2616](/us/bill/67/s/2616).] [[Private, No. 56](/us/pvtl/67/56).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the CommissionersDistrict of Columbia. Conveyance of certain land in, to abutting property owners. of the District of Columbia be, and they are hereby, authorized to convey to the owners of the abutting property, the land contained in the bed of Seaton Place and in the bed of S Street east of Fourth Street Northeast, and extending to the line of the Metropolitan branch of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, in the city of Washington, District of Clumbia, upon the payment therefor toPayment. the District of Columbia of an amount not less than $1.50 per square foot, the amount so paid to be covered into the Treasury of the United States as miscellaneous receipts.
