CHAP. 160.— An Act For the relief of H. C. Mullins, his wife, and minor children. April 28, 1922. [[H. R. 1009](/us/bill/67/hr/1009).] [[Private, No. 54](/us/pvtl/67/54).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, H. C. Mullins.Payment to, for injuries, etc. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to H.
C. Mullins, of Fort Worth, Texas, the sum of $4,522.50, in full compensation for injuries sustained by the said H. C. Mullins, his wife, Ovilla Nelson Mullins, his minor child, Ina Flora Mullins, and for the death by reason of said injuries sustained by his minor child, Leona Pearl Mullins, due to an aeroplane, owned by the United States Government, while engaged in practice flying in Tarrant County, Texas, on the 20th day of June, anno Domini 1918.
