CHAP. 158.— An Act To place Albert Hamilton on the retired list of the United States Marine Corps. April 28, 1922. [[H. R. 5820](/us/bill/67/hr/5820).] [[Private, No. 52](/us/pvtl/67/52).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President of theAlbert Hamilton. May be placed on retired List as first lieutenant Marine Corps. United States is hereby authorized to place Albert Hamilton, formerly first lieutenant, United States Marine Corns, on the retired list of the Marine Corps, with the rank and retired pay of a first lieutenant of the Marine Corps: *Provided*, That in computing his pay, credit*Provisos.* Pay credit. shall be given for all his continuous service in the Marine Corps: *Provided further*, That no pay shall accrue prior to the passage ofCommencement. this Act: *And provided further*, That the retired pay allowed theIn lieu of present pension. said Albert Hamilton pursuant to this Act shall be in lieu of the pension which he is now receiving.
