CHAP. 156.— An Act To correct and amend the service and military record of Herbert Langley, United States Marine Corps. April 28, 1922. [[H. R. 7415](/us/bill/67/hr/7415).] [[Private, No. 50](/us/pvtl/67/50).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the charge of desertionHerbert Langley. Military record corrected. upon the service and military records of Herbert Langley, late a private in the One hundred and fifteenth Company, Second Provisional Brigade, United States Marine Corps, and also late of headquarters detachment, Third Regiment, Second Provisional Brigade, United States Marine Corps, shall henceforth be treated and considered as removed, and the Secretary of the Navy is hereby ordered and directed to correct and amend the said service and military record of the said Herbert Langley by entering upon the said service and military record of said Herbert Langley, in appropriate words, the fact that said Herbert Langley died on February 24, 1919, at Santo Domingo City, Dominican Republic, by accident while in the line of duty, and that the charge of desertion was erroneously entered upon said service and military record, and the same shall be hereafter disregarded.
