CHAP. 149.— An Act For the relief of Frank Ferrin. April 26, 1922. [[H. R. 2004](/us/bill/67/hr/2004).] [[Private, No. 47](/us/pvtl/67/47).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frank Ferrin. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Frank Ferrin shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of Company H, Third Regiment *Proviso*.
No back pay, etc.New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry: *Provided*, That no pension, bounty, pay, or other emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, April 26, 1922.
