CHAP. 145.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the board of supervisors of Whiteside County, Illinois, to construct a bridge across Rock River. November 23, 1921.[[H.R. 8346](/us/bill/67/hr/8346).][[Public, No. 107](/us/67/pl/107).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent of CongressRock River.Whiteside County may bridge, Sterling. is hereby granted to the board of supervisors of Whiteside County, in the State of Illinois, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Rock River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the city of Sterling, in the county of Whiteside, in the State of Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “AnConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, November 23, 1921.
