CHAP. 143.— An Act For the relief of Miles Swift. April 25, 1922. [[H. R. 7234](/us/bill/67/hr/7234).] [[Private, No. 44](/us/pvtl/67/44).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the naval record ofMiles Swift. Naval record corrected. Miles Swift, who served in the United States Navy from November 12, 1861, until August 15, 1864, be corrected, and that in the administration of the pension laws he shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States: *Provided*, That no hack pension, pay, bounty, or other*Proviso*.
No back pay, etc. emolument shall accrue or become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, April 25, 1922.
