CHAP. 141.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota, or either of them, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River in section 17, township 28 north, range 23 west of the fourth principal meridian, in the State of Minnesota. February 27, 1923.[[S. 4411](/us/pl/67/4411).][[Public, No. 451](/us/pl/67/451).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Rouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent Mississippi River.Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minn., may bridge.of the Congress is hereby granted to the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, or either of them, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in or near Location.the northwest quarter of section 17, township 28 north, range 23 west of the fourth principal meridian, between the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, in the State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 27, 1923.
