CHAP. 130.— An Act For the relief of Robert J. Ashe. February 26, 1923.[[H. R. 9316](/us/bill/67/hr/9316).][[Private, No. 180](/us/pvtl/67/180).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Robert J. Ashe.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Robert J. Ashe, who was a private in Troop G, Fifth Regiment United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization *Proviso*.No pay, etc.on the 21st day of August, 1914: *Provided*, That no pay or other emoluments shall accrue by virtue of the passage of this Act.
