December 21, 1921.[[S. 2780](/us/bill/67/s/2780).][[Public, No. 115](/us/67/pl/115).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That section 9 ofTrading with the enemy.Time extended for suits to recover property, etc.Vol.41,p.978,amended.*Post*, p. 1095. the Act entitled “An Act to define, regulate, and punish trading with the enemy, and for other purposes” approved October 6, 1917, as amended, is hereby amended by striking out the words “six months” in such section and inserting in lieu thereof “eighteen months.
