February 26, 1923.[[S. 4333](/us/bill/67/s/4333).][[Private, No. 178](/us/pvtl/67/178).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Howard R. Gurney.Payment to, for injuries.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of $4,391.44 to Howard R.
Gurney, of Springfield, Massachusetts, as full compensation against the Government for injuries sustained by him when struck by a United States Navy truck in the city of Springfield, Massachusetts, on October 26, 1920. Approved, February 26, 1923.
