CHAP. 124.— An Act For the relief of Helene M. Layton. February 26, 1923.[[S. 4113](/us/bill/67/s/4113).][[Private, No. 174](/us/pvtl/67/174).] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Helene M. Layton.Refund of illegally collected estate tax. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Helene M.
Layton, administratrix, cum testamento annexo, of the estate of Lewis W. Mustard, deceased, the sum of $2,852.43 by reason of an overcharge in connection with the estate tax on the above estate arising out of the requirement of the United States Court in China, at Shanghai, China, that the tax be paid by Edward H. Dunning, the executor in China, before the account of said executor could be closed. Approved, February 26, 1923.
